Tyler Moeller
Co-Founder, President
Tyler brings over 10 years of software development experience, extensive startup experience, and financial expertise to Broadway Technology. Before co-founding Broadway Technology, Tyler designed and developed Kats LLC's high frequency automated fixed-income trading system and was a fixed-income trader. Previously, as Director of Development and Acting CTO of CarOrder, Inc., Tyler developed their critically acclaimed automotive e-commerce portal and sales management system. Tyler has developed software and designed signal processing hardware at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and the US Army’s Night Vision and Electro-Optics Laboratory. Tyler has a B.S. and Masters of Engineering in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT.

Joshua Walsky
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Joshua built the first version of Broadway Technology’s object-oriented data architecture and trade management system for Kats, LLC and the fixed income desk of its affiliated proprietary trading firm, Ronin Capital. Prior to joining Kats, Joshua founded and was Chief Architect of Trilogy spin-off CarOrder, Inc., where he wrote one of the web’s first and most highly regarded automotive sales websites. Joshua has a B.S. and Masters in Computer Science focusing on Machine Learning and Applied Mathematics from Cornell University.

Jonathan Fieldman
Partner, Executive Vice President
Jonathan comes to Broadway Technology with over 10 years of business development, marketing, information technology and startup experience. Prior to joining Broadway Technology, as president and founder of Data Vault, Ltd., Jonathan developed a successful business providing Internet market intelligence and supply chain management services to large corporate clients. Previously, Jonathan was Vice President of Data Services with venture-backed startup BevAccess Inc. where he developed and marketed information and e-commerce services to leading beverage companies. Jonathan has a B.S. in Economics from MIT.

Karen Ho
Chief Operating Officer
Karen joins Broadway Technology with over 10 years of trading technology experience. Most recently, Karen was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she was responsible for the global deployment of FX risk management systems. While at Bank of America, Karen also led the in-house implementation of the bank’s equities algorithmic trading platform, specialized in volatility analysis applications in its Equity Financial Products division, and served as head trader of its statistical arbitrage desk. Karen began her career as a developer in Swiss Bank Corporation’s FX options technology team and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU.

John Crouch
Totem Capital
John is the managing member of Totem Capital, a proprietary automated trading firm. Previously, John was the head of FX algorithmic trading at Elysium Capital. Prior to Elysium, he was head of trading for KATS LLC, an automated US Treasury trading group associated with Ronin Capital. His career started as the STRIPS trader at Deutsche Bank. John graduated from MIT with an MEng and SB in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and also holds an M.S. in Mathematics from NYU where he focused on machine learning.

Nate Kalich
Kats, LLC. Co-Founder and Partner
Nate is head of technology and research at Kats LLC. Previously, Nate worked for Long-Term Capital Management and Goldman Sachs specializing in equities and commodities. Nate has a B.S. in Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT.
